The luxury goods company Salvatore Ferragamo based in Florence certainly knows a thing or two about Italian style and inspire the contemporary man. A modern gentleman with a typical Italian attitude, full of charisma and creativity. He is always optimistic, appreciating the beauty of life with a smile. Charming and confident, he never looks back. Uomo Salvatore Ferragamo is the new fragrance for men, expressing Italian lifestyle, heritage and innovation. Stylish, fresh, and full of life.
To front the campaign, Ferragamo chose renowned actor Ben Barnes who appears savvy, cosmopolitan and gentlemanly yet with a certain degree of charisma, creativity and style. Essentially, a typical Italian- it has to be said. The story is clear and thus far believable but what about the all important fragrance? It’s an oriental woody creation created by perfumers Alberto Morillas and Aurélien Guichard characterised by vibrant woody notes with invigorating gourmand notes.
A fresh and cool opening, infused with an irreverent sense of charm using unexpected notes of Black Pepper, Cardamon and Bergamot. The heart of the fragrance is built around an iconic and classically Italian ingredient, the Tiramisu. The combination of Orange Blossom and Ambrox perfectly represent the duality of the Italian Man: strong, confident and roguish, yet seductive and sweet. Cashmere Wood and Sandalwood finish the fragrance with a touch of Tonka Bean, leaving an indelible mark with enormous long lasting qualities.
Uomo Salvatore Ferragamo Eau de Toilette is available online and in stores since summer 2016 priced €46 EUR for 30ml, €62 EUR for 50ml and €86 EUR for 100ml.
