Fitbit just launched the Fitbit Ionic: adidas Edition, a smartwatch designed to help athletes of all levels improve their performance with running-specific training. The Fitbit Ionic: adidas Edition includes all the advanced health and fitness features of Fitbit Ionic plus provides a unique coaching experience through the adidas Train app, that includes six on-screen workouts aimed at improving cardio, strength and flexibility.

The new smartwatch features a signature two-toned breathable sport band in Ink Blue and Ice Gray with Silver Gray aluminum case. And you also gonna get a custom adidas-designed clock face inspired by the iconic race bib that comes in four different colors. Other than that, you can expect industry-leading GPS, contactless payments through Fitbit Pay, third-party apps and the promise of a long battery life of up to five days.
The smartwatch is also water resistance to 50 meters, offers notifications and on-device music streaming from Pandora stations and Deezer playlists and, as you might expect, all the standard tracking metrics – steps, calories and heart rate tracking and the company’s revamped sleep tracking.
Fitbit Ionic: adidas Edition smartwatch is priced at $330 USD and available for pre-sale today on Fitbit.com and in retailers globally starting March 19, 2018.
